Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the opening of the Inorbit Mall which will be the biggest mall in the whole South India. And this will be inaugurated in Visakhapatnam- The City of Destiny. CM already started the planning of this biggest mall along with Raheja Group, Rajhea group is the owner of this Mall. The estimated expenditure of the mall is going to be 600 crores.
The mall will have the potential of providing 8000 jobs for unemployment, directly and indirectly. The mall is going to be built on 13 acres of land near Port Hospital, Kailasapuram. The Rajhea Group bought 17 acres- 13 acres for the Inorbit Mall and remain 4 acres for the IT sector and other international conventional centers.
Mr. Reddy also noted transformative developments including the Adani Data Centre, Bhogapuram International Airport, and Srikakulam seaport, which are expected to reshape the North Andhra region, alongside ongoing luxury hotel projects by Oberoi Group and Mayfair Group.
By seeing Rajhea Group,s contribution CM wants the government to help in some or the other way and reshape the Anantapur district which is located in North Andhra.
Neel Raheja was praising Andhra CM and was saying that the Mall will fulfil international standards as many foreign people come Vizag to fill the beauty of it’s beaches, Kailashgiri, It’s food and many more.
The Chief Minister then proceeded to lay foundation stones for multiple Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) development projects, in the presence of various officials and dignitaries, including ministers and parliament members.
