The investor service centre, to be managed by NSE, aims to provide a dedicated platform for securities market investors to address their queries, concerns, and obtain necessary guidance. The center is expected to play a pivotal role in fostering a more accessible and investor-friendly environment in the region.

SV Murali Dhar Rao, SEBI Executive Director, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaborative initiative and its potential to benefit investors in Andhra Pradesh. He highlighted the commitment of SEBI, NSE, and BSE to empower investors with the tools and information needed to make informed decisions in the dynamic securities market.

Ankit Sharma, NSE Chief Regulatory Officer, emphasized the importance of the investor service center in ensuring transparency, compliance, and effective communication with market participants. The establishment of the center aligns with NSE’s commitment to facilitating a seamless and secure trading experience for investors.

Santosh Mohandas, NSE Regional Regulatory Head (South), shared insights into the center’s operations and the comprehensive services it will offer. The investor service center is poised to become a hub for education, guidance, and dispute resolution, contributing to the overall development of the securities market ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh.

The collaborative effort between SEBI, NSE, and BSE underscores their dedication to expanding investor services beyond traditional financial hubs, making financial resources more accessible to investors in emerging markets.

As the investor service center opens its doors in Visakhapatnam, investors can look forward to a more supportive and responsive framework that aligns with the growing demands of the securities market in Andhra Pradesh.
