Collector Dr. A. Mallikarjuna inaugurated a new solar power plant in the KGH CSR Block in Maharanipet. He mentioned that the state government is prioritizing better facilities for medical services. ArcelorMittal company funded a 120 KV solar power plant with Rs. 50 lakh from CSR funds. They will also set up a solar plant at Victoria Hospital with the same budget and develop hostels for children.
In addition, Dr. Mallikarjuna commended the doctors on International Radiology Day. He also inaugurated permanent benches worth Rs. 50,000 in various wards of KGH with the support of the Lions Club.
