MP MVV Satyanarayana praised Visakhapatnam as the second-largest real estate hub after Hyderabad. He commended CREDAI for organizing the expo, providing a comprehensive platform for potential homeowners to access project details and facilities in one place.

The expo, spanning three days, features 96 companies showcasing 300 projects. Special concessions have been announced, with companies offering a Rs.1 lakh discount on plot purchases within three months for expo-registered customers. Visitors also have the chance to win 5 grams of gold daily through a draw and a two-wheeler through a bumper draw.

As part of the program, Credai Visakha chapter founder K. Subbaraju presented cash awards to three students in memory of the occasion. Various dignitaries, including YV Rama Rao, President of Cray Company AP, Neredco President Shivaji, SBI Deputy General Manager Pankajkumar, and Credai Company Chairman KSRK Raju, participated in the event.

The expo also includes informative sessions. GVMC Commissioner Saikanth Verma will discuss the government’s projects for city development, modernization, and road beautification on the morning of the 24th. On the 25th, officials from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) will raise awareness about pollution, climate issues, environmental protection, and the construction of green buildings.

The 9th Property Expo promises to be a significant opportunity for residents to explore the thriving real estate market in Visakhapatnam and make informed decisions about their dream homes.
