Visakhapatnam: In a significant operation, the Visakhapatnam police have seized substantial quantities of cannabis and illicit liquor in different parts of the city. Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the illegal substances, highlighting the law enforcement’s commitment to curbing such activities.
In Pendurthi, police apprehended three suspects and confiscated a total of 104 kilograms of ganja along with an Innova car. The arrests were made following a thorough investigation, and the seized contraband underscores the authorities’ efforts to combat the illicit drug trade in the region.
Simultaneously, in Balayya Shastri layout, police discovered 78 bottles of defense liquor in a residence. The illicit liquor was seized as part of an operation targeting the distribution and sale of unauthorized alcoholic beverages.
