Mayor Golagani Harivenkata Kumari, in a gathering organized by CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), highlighted the significant strides in Visakhapatnam’s development following Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy’s decision to declare it as the executive capital. She graced the 9th Property Expo’s inauguration, emphasizing the city’s rapid progress and the increasing interest among people from various states to settle in Visakhapatnam.
MP MVV Satyanarayana, alongside CREDAI representatives, ceremonially inaugurated the property expo at Gadiraju Palace in MVP Colony, shedding light on Visakhapatnam’s flourishing real estate sector. Mayor Harivenkata Kumari expressed optimism about the growing interest in property purchases within the city and encouraged residents to explore the expo to fulfill their dreams of owning a home.
MP MVV Satyanarayana praised Visakhapatnam’s real estate potential, ranking it second only to Hyderabad. He commended CREDAI for organizing the expo and providing comprehensive project details and facilities in one place for aspiring homeowners.
The event also honored three students with cash awards as part of a memorial award facilitated by Credai Visakha chapter founder K. Subbaraju. Notable personalities like YV Rama Rao, President of Cray Company AP, Neredco President Shivaji, SBI Deputy General Manager Pankajkumar, Credai Company Chairman KSRK Raju, and President V. Dharmender graced the occasion.
CREDAI announced exclusive concessions during the three-day expo, featuring 96 companies showcasing 300 projects. Representatives shared project details, emphasizing quality, amenities, and uniqueness to enlighten prospective homebuyers. Companies offered a Rs.1 lakh discount on plot purchases within three months for expo-registered customers. Visitors had the chance to win 5 grams of gold daily through a draw and a two-wheeler in a bumper draw.
The morning sessions on the 24th and 25th involved informative programs. GVMC Commissioner Saikanth Verma discussed the city’s development initiatives, road modernization, and beautification. The 25th session included awareness programs by IGBC officials focusing on pollution, climate, environmental protection, and green building construction.
